(S) Thickness
The multiple coiled tube is characterised by an exterior twisting rope-design formed by multiple strings.
The inner tube is completely smooth, contrary to simple and double cordage. The diameter indicates the maximum external measurement of the tube, in other words the measurement from the two opposed tops between two extremities of the rope, it can be minimum 8 millimetres (for example diameter by thickness 8 x 1mm) and maximum 40 millimetres (for example diameter by thickness 40 x 1,5mm).
The range of production of external diameters, therefore, goes from 8 millimetres to 40 millimetres.
The thickness of the tube indicates the difference in millimetres between the external diameter and the internal diameter divided by two, in other words, the measurement of the inside between the top of the rope and the internal perimeter.
Our tubes are proposed in commercial length, approximately in a range between 4.500 mm 5.500 mm. However, they can be cut in a fixed length, e.g. bars of 5.000 mm, or proposed already cut to pieces in the required sizes, i.e. rings of 30 mm.
The packaging can be arranged on request in bundles protected by bubble wrap or in wooden crates.
